Come with me, in my home town and discover, visiting the best pasta factories, all the secrets, in the heart of the milky mountains, which are famous also for the production of provolone and mozzarella cheese. Three elements make us proud of our pasta: more than thirty type of water springs allow you to have great pizza and coffee too; as it is is situated in canyon, called the mills valley, where has always had the best climate to get the best drying process; the cut with a bronze die makes the pasta very porous, which is great to stick the sauce on it.
After or before of it, let’s visit an authentic local cheese maker, having a demonstration and tasting of the freshest and most famous cheeses: mozzarella and provolone.
